My Pinterest Menu: Week of February 3rd

This week's menu is filled with a lot of variety and no pasta!  It was hard, but I am excited about it : )

I have found some great recipes the last couple of weeks.  Some highlights from last week are the Artichoke, Chicken & Spinach Lasagna (I added a little more salt to the sauce than the recipe called for, which was perfect for me) and I LOVED the Chicken Piccata.  It was a huge hit with the family.  And last, but  not least, the Autumn Chopped Salad (which I added chicken to) was amazing.

This week, I can't wait to try the Thai Beef Tacos and the Aloha Burgers!

Here is this week's menu...Enjoy : )
